Shenzhen Dashen  Institute of Biomedical Engineering Transformation was founded in 2013 September, located in the beautiful Shenzhen Bay. It is supported by the Shenzhen University School of medicine, Shenzhen Medical Devices Industry Association, and  the Shenzhen  Ambulanc  Co., Ltd..

It is an independent legal person according to law gaugenon-profit research institutions and registered in the Civil Affairs Bureau of Shenzhen City.
